Acceptance of the terms
Use of the beetogreen.com website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal notices, as well as of the General Terms of Use and Sale applicable to the services offered on the marketplace. These terms may be modified at any time; users are invited to consult them regularly.
Configuration and accessibility
For an optimal experience, BeeToGreen recommends using the latest versions of the Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge browsers, with JavaScript enabled and a stable Internet connection. BeeToGreen cannot be held liable for incompatibilities related to the use of outdated browsers or non-recommended configurations.
The site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of scheduled maintenance or force majeure. BeeToGreen reserves the right, without prior notice or compensation, to temporarily close access to the site, in particular to perform an update, maintenance operations, or any other modification.

- access to information content related to responsible mobility.
The information published on the site is provided for information purposes only and is not exhaustive. It is subject to change at any time. BeeToGreen reserves the right to modify, suspend or remove all or part of the services offered, without incurring any liability.

Contractual limitations on data
BeeToGreen endeavours to the best of its ability to ensure the accuracy and updating of information published on its site, the content of which it reserves the right to correct at any time and without prior notice. However, BeeToGreen cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available.
As a result, BeeToGreen disclaims all liability:
- for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission relating to information available on the site;
